We sincerely apologize for the recent problems affecting the reliability of our website, and we’ve been made aware by some users that they can no longer access their accounts on the site.

After investigating this problem further, it seems several recently-created user accounts have been lost. Only your account information was affected; any application information you submitted to ATDP is still there and waiting to be restored.

To restore your account, simply re-register using the exact same username that you used previously.

So long as your username matches what you used previously, our website should automatically match your recreated account with the existing records. If you encounter any issues in registering, or if this does not solve the problem, please contact our office and we will do our best to assist you.
