Known issue: Online application form does not save

There is a known connectivity issue affecting certain network configurations’ ability to route data from ATDP’s database. Our database server is hosted remotely by the Graduate School of Education. Our online forms use Cross-Origin Resource Sharing to allow users to seamlessly update their information during the application process.

Unfortunately, we do not have direct control over all network settings for this process, and the remote server uses a non-standard port for HTTPS (444 instead of the default 443). If your network configuration has restrictive settings, you may consider whitelisting HTTPS port 444 or the host to solve this issue.
